Elizabeth McGorian trained at The Royal Ballet School and joined the Company in 1982, rising to Principal and later becoming a Principal Character Artist. She performed a wide range of classical and dramatic roles during her long career, including many major character parts, and has coached and mentored younger generations of Royal Ballet dancers.
